Free Services
HomePacket provides a free core application that allows you to organize and prepare your home sale documentation. Because these services are provided at no cost, refunds are not applicable. You may continue using these free features as long as you maintain an account in good standing and comply with our Terms of Service.
Paid Services
HomePacket's only paid service is the generation of Sale Packet PDF documents. These professionally compiled packages contain all your organized documentation in a ready-to-share format. Sale Packets are digital products delivered immediately after purchase and payment processing through Stripe.
Refund Eligibility
We stand behind the quality of our Sale Packet generation service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fourteen-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. Within this period, you may request a refund if the generated PDF contains errors, is missing data that you successfully uploaded to your HomePacket account, or exhibits technical issues attributable to our service.
Refunds are also available if the Sale Packet fails to generate correctly due to a system error on our part, or if the delivered document is unusable for legitimate real estate purposes due to formatting or content issues caused by HomePacket.
Please note that because Sale Packets are digital products, refunds cannot be issued simply because you changed your mind about the purchase. All refunds are made at our sole discretion based on the eligibility criteria described above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at deangelis.analytics@gmail.com within fourteen days of your purchase. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue you experienced with your Sale Packet. Our team will review your request promptly and respond within one business day to discuss your situation.
If possible, please provide a copy of the generated PDF or describe the specific sections that contain errors or missing information. This helps our team investigate quickly and determine if your refund request meets our eligibility criteria.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request has been approved, you can expect the funds to be returned to your original payment method within five to ten business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional one to three business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are always processed back to the original Stripe payment method used for your purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds in the following situations: if you have already used the Sale Packet in an active real estate transaction or shared it with agents, lenders, or other third parties in a binding capacity; if the PDF contains accurate data from your HomePacket account and the issue is a matter of personal preference or formatting that does not affect usability; or if you simply changed your mind after reviewing the packet without any technical or data accuracy concerns.
Additionally, refunds cannot be issued for issues caused by your browser, PDF reader, printer, or other third-party software. Refunds also do not apply if your data was inaccurate or incomplete at the time the PDF was generated due to errors on your end.
